Our team brings decades of combined dental experience to your care. Several members have spent most of their careers in dentistry, and it shows in the small things: the gentle touch during a cleaning, the way instructions are explained without jargon, and the calm confidence that puts nervous patients at ease.
Just as important, we genuinely like working together. The team is experienced and it comes through in the atmosphere of the office. Patients often tell us they can feel the difference the moment they walk in.
Office Administrator
Ashley
Ashley joined the practice in 2026, bringing 17 years of experience in the dental field. Throughout her career, she has worked as both a dental assistant and in the front office, giving her a well-rounded understanding of nearly every aspect of a dental practice.
What Ashley enjoys most about being part of the team is working alongside experienced professionals who share a patient-first mentality. She values teamwork, clear communication, and the way everyone supports one another throughout the day.
Outside the office, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband of 20 years, their daughter, Leila, and their dog, Peanut. In her free time, she also enjoys playing billiards in the Central Coast APA League.
Registered Dental Assistant & Administrative Assistant
Lisa
Lisa joined the practice in 2026 and brings 28 years of experience in dentistry to the team. With a background that includes both back-office dental assisting and administrative support, she contributes a wealth of knowledge and experience to the practice.
Lisa especially appreciates being part of a highly skilled team with a strong work ethic. She also brings a playful sense of humor to the office—describing herself, with a smile, as the team’s resident “troublemaker.”
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her dog, Shiloh, and having the freedom to roam and explore. She is also a proud mom of two grown sons and is excited to have a new grandson to love.
Registered Dental Assistant & Front Office Assistant
Kristin
Kristin joined the practice in March 2025 as a Registered Dental Assistant and Front Office Assistant. She graduated from Allan Hancock College with an Associate of Science degree and completed the dental assistant program in 2015, later earning a Registered Dental Assistant license in 2017.
With 11 years of experience in dentistry, Kristin brings a strong combination of patient care, organization, reliability, and teamwork to the practice. What she enjoys most is being part of a team that works together to provide great care and create a positive experience for patients. Helping patients feel welcome and comfortable is an important part of that approach.
Outside the office, Kristin is a mother of two daughters, ages 23 and 18. In her free time, she enjoys playing pickleball and working out.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Alex
Alex is a Registered Dental Hygienist who joined the practice in 2020. A graduate of Pasadena City College, Alex brings a team-oriented approach to the office and enjoys working alongside the staff. One of the things Alex values most about being part of the practice is the opportunity to help patients with their smiles and contribute to their experience during visits.
Alex also takes pride in working well with the team and supporting the practice through collaboration with coworkers. With a background in dental hygiene and a focus on teamwork, Alex is glad to be part of the staff that works together to care for patients and help them feel good about their smiles.
